Ingredients

  • 200 g flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 200 g dried Chinese-style egg noodles or ramen
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin or oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste or chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and pepper 10 minutes.
  2. Cook noodles according to package; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high; add garlic and ginger, sauté 30 seconds.
  4. Add beef, sear until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
