Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Roll out puff pastry and brush with melted butter.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over pastry.
- Roll pastry into a tight log, slice into 1-inch spirals, and place on the prepared sheet.
- Bake 12-14 minutes until deep golden and puffed. Brush with milk or glaze after baking, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.

- Chill dough slightly before slicing if it becomes soft.
