- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar, then stir in the melted butter and strawberry jam until a soft dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared sheet and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until the edges are set. Cool on a rack before serving.
Notes
- If dough is sticky, chill for 15 minutes to help it shape.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a stronger strawberry flavor, swirl in an extra teaspoon of jam.
