- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin

- 1 cup crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Optional: shredded cheese for topping
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and pepper; sauté until translucent.
- Add garlic and beef; cook until beef is browned and crumbly.
- Stir in paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pour in crushed tomatoes and beef broth; simmer 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Season to taste. If desired, top with shredded cheese and parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
- Make it dairy-free by omitting cheese.
- For extra heat, add a pinch of chili flakes.
- Serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
