- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (about 12 oz)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Marinara sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Roll dough into a rectangle about 12×6 inches. Cut into 12 strips.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella and Parmesan on one end of each strip, roll up to enclose cheese, and seal edges.
- Brush rolls with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with marinara for dipping.

- Tip: For extra gooey centers, chill dough for 15 minutes before rolling.
- Variation: use pepper jack for a spicier kick.
