- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 4 slices cheddar cheese or 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup pickle slices
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or keto-friendly aioli
- 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
- Optional: avocado slices for serving
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Form four patties from the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side, topping with cheddar in the last minute to melt.
- Warm cauliflower rice in a separate pan or microwave until tender.
- Assemble each bowl: base of cauliflower rice, top with a patty, lettuce, tomato, pickles, avocado if using, and a drizzle of aioli.
- Serve immediately while hot.

- For a crisper crust, press patties firmly and avoid moving them too often while cooking.
