- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam broccoli until tender and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- You can substitute the chicken with cooked turkey or tofu for variation.
- Use low-fat cheese and Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
