- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease an 8×8 inch pan.
- Whisk flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk yogurt, eggs, milk and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just blended; fold in chips if using.
- Spread batter in pan and bake 18-20 minutes until set but fudgy.
- Let cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- For truer fudgy texture, avoid over-baking.
- Store in airtight container up to 3 days or freeze for longer.
