Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Stir in warm milk, warm water, and melted butter to form a soft dough.
- Knead until smooth, then let rise about 20 minutes.
- Roll out dough, sprinkle with cheese and garlic; fold and shape into rolls.
- Place on a baking sheet; bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-18 minutes until golden.
- Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle parsley before serving.
Notes
- Make ahead: refrigerate shaped rolls for up to 12 hours before baking.
- Substitute herbs: use parsley, chives, or basil for varying flavors.
