- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (assorted colors)
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the marinara sauce in the bottom of the dish.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in an even layer over the sauce.
- Top with pepperoni, bell peppers, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper.
- Bake 25-35 minutes until tots are golden and cheese is bubbly. Optional: broil 1-2 minutes to brown edges.
- Let stand 5 minutes, then slice. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.

- Variation: Swap sausage or cooked ground beef for a meatier casserole
