- 2 servings ramen noodles
- 6–8 dumplings (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 2 soft-boiled eggs (optional)
- Optional toppings: spinach, mushrooms, chili flakes
Instructions
- In a pot, simmer broth with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add dumplings and cook 4–6 minutes until heated through and dumplings are tender.
- Cook ramen noodles separately according to package directions; drain.
- Assemble bowls with noodles, dumplings, and broth; top with green onion and egg; add optional greens.
- Season to taste and serve immediately.
Notes
- If using frozen dumplings, extend cook time by 2–3 minutes.
- Use vegetable broth for a vegetarian version; this dish is dairy-free and can be gluten-free with gluten-free noodles.
- For extra heat, add chili oil or chili flakes to the broth.
