- 1 lb chicken tenders (or chicken breast cut into strips)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch) or gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil or spray
- Optional dipping sauce: honey mustard or yogurt-herb dip
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400F (200C).
- Pat chicken dry, toss with oil and seasonings.
- Coat with breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
- Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
Notes
- For gluten-free version, use gluten-free breadcrumbs
- Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if needed
