  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or sautéed mushrooms and bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus extra for brushing
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce for dipping
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Roll the dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle mozzarella, pepperoni or vegetables, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning evenly over the dough.
  3. Roll up the dough from a long edge, pinch to seal, and slice into 1-inch rounds.
  4. Place the rolls on the prepared sheet. Brush with olive oil and bake 12-15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  5. Serve warm with marinara for dipping.

  • For crispier crust, bake on a wire rack or use two baking sheets.
