- 1 sheet refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or sautéed mushrooms and bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus extra for brushing
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce for dipping
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle mozzarella, pepperoni or vegetables, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning evenly over the dough.
- Roll up the dough from a long edge, pinch to seal, and slice into 1-inch rounds.
- Place the rolls on the prepared sheet. Brush with olive oil and bake 12-15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with marinara for dipping.
Notes
- For crispier crust, bake on a wire rack or use two baking sheets.
- To make vegan, use plant-based cheese and omit pepperoni.
- For gluten-free, substitute with gluten-free pizza dough.
