  • 2-3 tablespoons ice water

Instructions

  2. Add butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. With processor running, add ice water 1 tablespoon at a time until dough forms.
  4. Roll dough to 1/8 inch thickness between parchment papers; cut into rectangles and transfer to a sheet.
