Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Toss bread cubes with melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until evenly coated.
- Spread on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway, until crisp and golden.
- Let cool completely; store in an airtight container. Serve with milk if desired.

- To soften slightly, toss with a little more milk or serve with milk right after toasting.
