- 2 large whole-wheat tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or ranch dressing
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, avocado, chicken, bacon, and cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper, add hot sauce if desired.
- Fold sides and roll tightly to enclose filling.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra speed, use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken.
- Air-fry the wrapped quesadilla 1 minute per side to re-crisp the tortilla.
- Wraps can be stored separately for meal prep up to 2 days.
