- 6 rice paper sheets, cut into triangles
- 1-2 tsp neutral oil, for spraying
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika or chili powder (optional)
- Sesame seeds or cracked black pepper for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Lightly brush or spray both sides of each rice paper triangle with a thin coat of oil. Sprinkle with salt and paprika if desired.
- Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until chips are golden and crisp.
- Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- Keep rice paper dry until ready to coat; a light spray of oil helps crisp without sogginess.
- Work in small batches for even cooking.
- Store in an airtight container up to 2 days for best crispness.
