  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Set up dredging stations: flour in a shallow dish, eggs in another, and a third with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  2. Dip each mozzarella half in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture. Place coated sticks on a tray.
