- 1 can tuna (5 oz), drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced onion (optional)
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 cup lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices, for serving
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Place a tortilla on a clean surface, layer with lettuce, add tuna mixture and cheddar.
- Roll tightly, fold in the sides; heat in a skillet 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve with tomato slices.
Notes
- For a lighter version, replace mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
- Make ahead: store tuna mixture separately for up to 1 day in the fridge.
- Add pickle relish for extra crunch and sweetness.
