Instructions
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in oats, cocoa powder, and coconut flour if using, until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Chill the dough for 10-15 minutes, then roll into bite-sized balls.
- Optional: roll bites in extra cocoa powder or shredded coconut.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.

- If dough is too sticky, refrigerate 10 minutes and try again.
- Substitute almond butter for peanut butter for a different flavor.
- For a gluten-free option, use certified gluten-free oats.
