- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup crispy croutons (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, toss pasta with chicken, romaine, tomatoes, parmesan, and Caesar dressing.
- Stir in lemon juice and olive oil; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill 10 minutes for deeper flavors or serve immediately with croutons on top.
