- 1 prepared 12-inch pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C).
- Spread Alfredo sauce over the crust.
- Top with chicken, mozzarella, parmesan, spinach and garlic.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley or basil and slice to serve.
Notes
- Make ahead: mix chicken with sauce and garlic, refrigerate up to 2 days.
- Bake at 425 F (220 C) for 10-12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Swap spinach for sautéed mushrooms for variation.
