Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil; sauté onion, pepper, and garlic until tender.
- Add chicken; cook until browned through.
- Stir in broth, cream, and cream cheese; simmer until sauce thickens.
- Fold in pasta and Parmesan; season to taste and serve.
