- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 triangles)
- 1 cup peeled, finely chopped apples
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Optional: 2 tablespoons cream cheese for filling
- Cooking spray
- Caramel sauce for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- In a small bowl, toss apples with sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Unroll dough and place a spoonful of apple filling in the center of each triangle. If using cream cheese, add a small amount in the center before sealing.
- Fold dough over the filling to form a bomb and pinch edges to seal well.
- Lightly spray bombs with cooking spray and place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook 6–8 minutes until golden and flaky.
- Let cool slightly, then serve with caramel sauce if desired.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days
