Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 triangles)
  • 1 cup peeled, finely chopped apples
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons cream cheese for filling
  • Cooking spray
  • Caramel sauce for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. In a small bowl, toss apples with sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  3. Unroll dough and place a spoonful of apple filling in the center of each triangle. If using cream cheese, add a small amount in the center before sealing.
  4. Fold dough over the filling to form a bomb and pinch edges to seal well.
  5. Lightly spray bombs with cooking spray and place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook 6–8 minutes until golden and flaky.
  6. Let cool slightly, then serve with caramel sauce if desired.
