- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Optional: sliced cucumber or avocado
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry chicken 6-8 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
- Warm tortillas; spread a little yogurt sauce, add chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Roll wraps tightly and slice in half. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use low-fat yogurt and whole wheat tortillas.
- Adjust spice with chili powder or hot sauce.
