- 1/2 cup mayonnaise-based Big Mac sauce (combine mayo, sweet relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, and onion powder)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce
- 4 slices American cheese, halved
- 8 dill pickle slices
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- Optional sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking into crumbles. Drain excess fat.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet until pliable.
- Spread Big Mac sauce on each tortilla, add beef, cheese, lettuce, pickles, and onions.
- Roll up tightly and slice in half. Serve immediately or wrap for lunch.
