Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic and sliced pepperoncini peppers to the skillet, cook for 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
