- 2 limes, juiced

- 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions. Mix in lime juice and chopped cilantro once cooked.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, then grill or sear until medium-rare. Slice thinly.
- Assemble bowls by adding rice, sliced steak, avocado, and tomatoes.
- Garnish with extra cilantro and a squeeze of lime. Serve immediately.
