Ingredients

- 1 lb Wagyu beef, ground
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 slices of cheese (optional)
- Fresh lettuce and tomatoes
- Your favorite sauces (ketchup, mayonnaise, etc.)
- Crispy fries for serving
Instructions
- Sauté the finely chopped onions in melted butter over medium heat until soft and golden brown.
- Shape the Wagyu beef into patties, seasoning both sides with salt and pepper.
- Grill the patties on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side, adding cheese during the last minute if desired.
- Assemble the burger by layering lettuce, the grilled Wagyu patty, sautéed onions and fresh tomatoes on the bun, and serve with crispy fries.
Notes
- Leftover patties can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Uncooked patties can be frozen for up to 3 months, separated by parchment paper.
