Ingredients

  • 1 lb Wagyu beef, ground
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 slices of cheese (optional)
  • Fresh lettuce and tomatoes
  • Your favorite sauces (ketchup, mayonnaise, etc.)
  • Crispy fries for serving

Instructions

  1. Sauté the finely chopped onions in melted butter over medium heat until soft and golden brown.
  2. Shape the Wagyu beef into patties, seasoning both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the patties on medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side, adding cheese during the last minute if desired.
