- 1 (8 oz) tub refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pepperoni (or sautéed mushrooms/bell peppers for veg option)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Line basket with parchment or lightly grease.
- Roll pizza dough on a floured surface into a 10×14-inch rectangle.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle cheese, pepperoni, and seasonings over top.
- Roll dough tightly into a log, Seal seam side down.
- Cut log into 12 equal slices.
- Place rolls seam-side down in air fryer basket (work in batches if needed). Brush tops lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry 8–9 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Let cool 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, lightly spray rolls with cooking spray before air frying.
- Make ahead and freeze uncooked rolls on a tray, then transfer to a bag—cook frozen (add 2–3 minutes).
- Serve with warm marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
