- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, bacon bits, chopped herbs
- Sauces: ketchup, aioli, cheese dip
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Arrange fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a large serving board.
- Arrange toppings and dips around the fries. Garnish with herbs and cheese if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispy fries, soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
