Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the heavy cream, root beer, and vanilla extract, ensuring everything is well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about ¾ of the way full.
- Insert pop sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, gently remove the pops from molds and sprinkle with golden sugar dust before serving.
