- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 8 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the peanut sauce.
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with half of the peanut sauce.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread remaining peanut sauce evenly over each.
- Divide chicken, vegetables, and cilantro among the tortillas, then roll tightly.
- Serve immediately or wrap for later.
Notes
- You can substitute ground peanuts for peanut butter for a different texture.
- Adjust spice levels by adding a splash of Sriracha or chili flakes.
