Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition, then add vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the batter, alternating with milk.
- Pour batter into prepared cake pans and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Once cooled, frost with colorful icing and top with sprinkles.
