  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Start by peeling and pitting the ripe peaches. Blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds, then transfer to ice water to easily remove skins, then chop into chunks.
  2. Place chopped peaches in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve for a smoother texture if desired.
  3. In a large pitcher, mix lemon juice with honey or simple syrup, stirring until fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. Add the peach puree to the lemon mixture, then pour in the 4 cups of cold water and stir thoroughly.
  5. Pour the lemonade into glasses filled with ice cubes, garnish with mint, peach slices, and lemon wedges, and serve immediately.
