- 1 1/2 cups of honey
- 1 1/4 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Extra sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and a pinch of salt, then press into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden, then let cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk honey and eggs until smooth. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, stirring well. Pour over cooled crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the filling is just set and slightly golden. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top. Optional: drizzle additional honey or serve with fresh fruit for added visual appeal and flavor.
Notes
