- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup sliced red peppers
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with sweet chili sauce until evenly coated.
- Warm the tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Lay each tortilla flat and evenly distribute the chicken mixture in the center.
- Add lettuce, cucumbers, red peppers, and cilantro on top of the chicken.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Optional: sprinkle sesame seeds over the wraps for garnish.
- Serve immediately with extra chili sauce if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for variety.
- Adjust the chili sauce quantity for more or less spice.
- Serve with a side of Asian-style dipping sauce or salad.
