Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until just combined.
  4. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold blueberries into the batter gently. Pour half into prepared loaf pan.
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture over batter, then top with remaining batter.
  7. Swirl gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
