- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until just combined.
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold blueberries into the batter gently. Pour half into prepared loaf pan.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over batter, then top with remaining batter.
- Swirl gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Notes
- Make sure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
- Gently fold blueberries to prevent crushing them.
- Allow to cool before slicing for best texture.
