Juicy turkey meatballs glazed with a flavorful sweet and spicy Asian sauce, served hot with fresh herbs.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, mix honey, sriracha, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Heat over low heat until warmed.
  5. Drizzle the sauce over the baked meatballs and serve garnished with extra green onions.

Notes

  • For a crispy exterior, pan-fry the meatballs after baking for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
