- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, mix honey, sriracha, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Heat over low heat until warmed.
- Drizzle the sauce over the baked meatballs and serve garnished with extra green onions.
Notes
- For a crispy exterior, pan-fry the meatballs after baking for 2-3 minutes per side.
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
