- 12 slider buns
- 1 pound cooked turkey, sliced
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup arugula or spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for toasting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Toast slider buns lightly with butter until golden.
- Layer slices of turkey on the bottom halves of buns.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey slices.
- Add a slice of cheese on top of each and cover with the top halves of buns.
- Place sliders on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh greens before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- You can substitute cooked chicken or ham if desired.
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of chili flakes to the cranberry sauce.
