A delicious holiday appetizer featuring tender turkey, cranberry sauce, melted cheese, and fresh greens layered on toasted slider buns.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound cooked turkey, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup arugula or spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for toasting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Toast slider buns lightly with butter until golden.
  2. Layer slices of turkey on the bottom halves of buns.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey slices.
  4. Add a slice of cheese on top of each and cover with the top halves of buns.
  5. Place sliders on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Garnish with fresh greens before serving. Enjoy!
