  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
  • 2 green onions, sliced, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
  3. Remove chicken, reduce heat to low. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to skillet. Simmer 2–3 minutes until syrupy.
  4. Return chicken to pan, coat in glaze, and cook 1 more minute.
  5. Serve topped with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

  • For extra sticky texture, broil 1–2 minutes at the end (watch closely).
