- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp hot sauce (e.g., Sriracha)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until crispy and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Mix soy sauce, hot sauce, honey, and rice vinegar in a bowl. Pour into the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked chicken to the sauce, toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust hot sauce to taste for more or less spice.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
