  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with Cajun spice and set aside.
