- 2 lbs smoked corned beef
- 3 lbs smoked beef short ribs
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Your favorite wood chips for smoking
Instructions
- Prepare the meat by trimming excess fat and patting the meat dry.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, and pepper to create a dry rub. Apply generously on the beef.
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C) and smoke the beef for about 6-8 hours.
- Transfer the smoked beef to a hot grill for 10-15 minutes to caramelize the surface.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Freeze for longer storage and reheat in the oven or smoker.
- For serving, pair with coleslaw, baked beans, or potato salad.
