- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- ½ cup dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually incorporate into the wet mixture. Fold in butterscotch chips and dark chocolate chunks.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape dough into balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Allow cooling before transferring to a wire rack.
