- 1 lb beef brisket or stew meat, sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 2 sheets nori, cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Place beef, garlic, soy sauce, and beef broth into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender.
- Cook ramen noodles separately according to package instructions.
- Divide noodles into bowls, ladle hot broth and beef over the noodles.
- Top with halved soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and nori.
