Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
- Gently fold in M&M candies, reserving some for topping if desired.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft.
- Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
