Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken strips until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil, bell peppers, and onions; sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, sprinkle with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper; toss to combine and heat through.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture in tortillas, garnished with cilantro and lime wedges.
