Ingredients

  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened 🧀
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  2. Add cream of tartar and salt to the egg whites, and whip until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix egg yolks and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop the mixture onto it in round shapes.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, then let cool before serving.
