- 1 box of cake mix (any flavor, but we recommend funfetti or chocolate)
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup of cool whip
- Optional: 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or sprinkles for added flavor
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter, eggs, and cake mix of your choice until thoroughly mixed.
- Gently fold in the cool whip to create a light and soft cookie dough.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop spoonfuls of dough and place them 2 inches apart.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Cool on a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
- These cookies can be frozen, with parchment paper between layers for better storage.
- Serve with ice cream or drizzle with chocolate sauce for a special treat!
